TCJ Vaughan is offering online practice sessions for our members till we can resume our regular classes.

During this period of pandemic, many are under stress and physical distancing puts us into isolation.

We believe that practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong at home and in group settings are good for relaxation and stress release.

It is more important than ever to keep our mind and body healthy now.

We strongly encourage our members to keep socially connected while physically apart, keep exercising and keep a regular routine with our online sessions.

Stay healthy physically, emotionally and socially to overcome Covid 19.
