Breath of Spring on Zoom for all.

Besides offering online practice sessions for our members, TCJ Vaughan now offers a special online series till July 17 to our greater community via Zoom.

With gratitude to the front line workers who are combating the global pandemic, we’d like to encourage you to stay healthy by exercising at home.

We are offering Breath of Spring free to everyone without any obligations.  All TCJ club members, their friends and relatives from around the world are welcome to join.

This program focuses on “Refresh, Relaxation and Rejuvenation,” with inspiration from Tai Chi, Qi Gong and mindfulness to improve the wellness of mind and body.

Duration: May 11- July 17,

Days: Monday and Friday

Time: 11:30 am -12:15 pm
