Perseverance is key. Once you understand the technique, age notwithstanding, you’ll start to appreciate the benefits and won’t want to cease. Our small, committed group, practicing for over a decade, can attest to this.
Tai Chi, often referred to as “meditation in motion,” comprises a sequence of 108 movements. These movements focus on turning, spiraling, and stretching, which serve to open the joints and massage the internal organs.

The Eight Brocades, or Ba Duan Jin, is a widely practiced Qigong sequence known for enhancing mindfulness and promoting better energy, vitality, strength, flexibility, and balance.
