Peaceful, energizing, grounding – there is no mystique to our Tai Chi. Perseverance is all you need. Once you get to know the form, regardless of age, you will begin to see the benefits and you will not want to stop.
Just ask our small group of dedicated individuals who have been at it for 10 years and much more.
Often described as “meditation in motion,” the Tai Chi set consists of 108 movements, emphasizing turning, spiraling and stretching to open the joints and also to massage the internal organs.
Our Senior Instructor, Patrick Leung, a former student of Master Moy Lin-Shin, visits our Mississauga location frequently on Saturdays. His much sought after personal instruction and expertise guides us to a deeper understanding and intricacies of this ancient internal art.
If you’ve ever wanted to learn Tai Chi but have hesitated because of performance or social anxiety, well then our club is for you. We promote a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and welcome everybody including past students of Master Moy wanting to refine their practice. Drop in on Saturday mornings from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and give it a try.
