Tai Chi Journey Durham – Tai Chi Journey

Welcome to Tai Chi Journey Durham. We are a passionate and supportive group who train and practice the art of Tai Chi. Our friendly classes welcome people of all ages and abilities to learn and discover the benefits of Tai Chi. Classes are held at the following locations.

Locations:

Saturday: Northminster United Church 676 Simcoe St. North, Oshawa ON (MAP)
Thursday: Oshawa Naval Veterans’ Club 320 Viola Ave., Oshawa ON (MAP)

Tai Chi

Beginners and Continuing

Saturday Tai Chi, 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Thursday Tai Chi, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
