In this program we call for the aid of an ancient yet modest power of the Tai Chi Wand, a time-honored tool used for centuries to bring balance, strength, and inner peace. This unique program blends the graceful principles of Tai Chi with the wand’s subtle guidance to enhance alignment, coordination, and mindfulness.
Using the wand, you’ll find it easier to synchronize your arms and legs, cultivating a deep sense of connection within. Movements with meaning are gentle and accessible, making this a perfect next step after an initial tai chi introduction, or for anyone starts seeking into the meaning of Tai Chi and looking to deepen their internal practice.
