You’ll learn foundational movements in a calm, supportive environment—perfect for those new to Tai Chi. No experience needed—just come ready to move and relax.
Tai Chi – Level 2: Better Flow and Movements
Continue your Tai Chi journey by building on foundational skills with flowing, gentle movements that enhance balance, flexibility and body awareness, sometimes aided with gentle use of a wand. Explore more advanced forms and smooth transitions between postures.
Ideal for those comfortable with a short movement sequence.
