Our Wednesday afternoon Tai Chi class is now at the Metro Movement Dance Studio.

Wednesdays 2:30 to 4:30 pm
833 Broadview Ave. about 3 blocks north of the Danforth on the east side.

The smooth floor and mirrors of the dance studio are a welcome change from windy Withrow Park.
