Join us for an engaging “Walk & Talk” evening dedicated to the art of healthy walking.

Together we’ll explore:

✨ Posture, alignment, gait, & foot strike

✨ Speed vs. ease in walking

✨ Mindfulness in walking

✨ Simple foot massage tips

✨ Insights on plantar fasciitis, exercises to keep your feet healthy

✨ A calming 15-minute Zen walk

 

Whether you’re a seasoned walker or just beginning your wellness journey, this evening will deepen your understanding and enjoyment of walking as a self-care practice.

 

👣 Everyone is welcome. Bring your curiosity, walking shoes / yoga shoes / non-skid socks, and an open heart.

Also a tennis ball for your own foot massage.
