I am a passionate, kind, and nurturing Tai Chi instructor with a heart for helping others. After experiencing personal loss, I found that Tai Chi not only restored my physical and mental health but brought balance into my life. Now, I am dedicated to sharing this transformative practice with others.
With a multi-cultural background and fluency in several languages including English, Russian and Hebrew, I bring welcoming warmness to my class. It is important for everyone to enjoy the learning process, so my class is fun and easy-going.
I understand the unique needs and challenges that come with different age groups and fitness levels. I welcome adult students of all ages.
